artist statement

I consider every artwork I create to be an exploration.

In my mixed media work, I use traditional and unusual materials to explore compelling compositions inspired by my love of the figure and the world around me.

In sculpture, I explore the human condition empathically toward understanding emotions and motivations.

In all things, I explore my own personality's humor, intensity, rebelliousness and creativity.

My discoveries are the theatre of daily life.
